Individual Therapy Session

Your first session is about getting comfortable, not covering everything at once. We'll talk through what brought you in and what you're hoping changes, at a pace that feels okay to you. There's no script to follow. If something feels awkward to bring up, that's normal, and part of the work is making space for exactly that. Sessions are collaborative. Over time, you'll leave with real tools and a clearer understanding, not just vague advice. For couples, both partners are heard individually, not just as a shared problem to solve. Everything discussed stays confidential.
