An opportunity to know more about the therapy process and clarify any questions you may have. We can discuss whether my area of expertise and approach are a good fit for your needs. This is not a therapy session and is not intended for detailed assessment or therapeutic intervention. No preparation is needed, just come with your questions or concerns, and we can take it from there.

What to Expect from the Session 45–60 minute confidential, one-to-one therapy session. A safe, empathetic and non-judgmental space to discuss your concerns openly. An individualised approach using integrative psychotherapy, psychoeducation and evidence-informed techniques. Therapy is a process, meaningful change takes time, consistency and active participation. Sessions are tailored to your concerns, goals and pace, with progress reviewed along the way. Please join from a private, quiet space with minimal interruptions. You don’t need to have everything figured out before your first session - we can start from where you are.
