I don't know how to use electric pump and choose flange size, your session helped me and I was able to express milk using electric pump instead of using hands to express which was very painful for me. I will follow the tips you shared to increase milk supply and update the results. This session gave me the confidence that I can increase my milk supply. Thank you very much

The session was super helpful. I came looking for tips on increasing my supply,and I wasn't really sure what was wrong with my flange size during pumping. I had been using a 24mm, then tried a 17mm, but after the session, I realized a 13mm is actually the perfect fit.Once I used 13mm I got hind milk previously I will get more of fore milk and less hind milk. Thanks for explaining all the points in detail it was very helpful.. Soon will share you the update once I increased my milk supply.

I've consulted Abi since my baby was just 10 days old.
