Booked it half expecting to be told I am a bad parent. She spent the first ten minutes just listening, then explained why my son shuts down when I raise my voice. Walked away with one thing to change in how I start the conversation, and it made sense in a way none of the videos did.

I had been avoiding the boundaries and safety talk with my 12 and 14 year olds for a year. She gave me the actual words to use in the call itself. I did it that same evening and it was fine. Wish I had booked this sooner.
