• It is helpful to have another person with you (preferably your partner) to assist with the baby if needed.

• Keep your baby’s feeding details, questions, and any videos/photos ready (if available).

• Your care plan and helpful resources will be shared within 24 hours in the WhatsApp group.

• Any additional support beyond the session time is charged in 30-minute blocks.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: Sessions can be rescheduled if cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. No refunds are provided, but you may reschedule your session to another available time.
