Mind Canvas™ is a personalised 1:1 drawing analysis consultation that uses your drawing as a window into your inner emotional world. Your drawing can express what words sometimes cannot. I analyse elements such as lines, shapes, size, placement, pressure, proportions, space, patterns and symbols, then connect these observations with your personal experiences through guided conversation. You may gain insights into emotional patterns, stress responses, suppressed emotions, recurring thoughts, inner conflicts and areas that may need greater awareness. What happens? You share your drawing → I analyse your Mind Canvas → We connect it with your story → You receive personalised insights. If your Mind Canvas reveals deeper themes worth exploring, I may recommend my Signature 1:1 Art Therapy journey, where we can work more deeply through guided art-based practices.
