Do I need to know any tech to use Klippme?

Not at all. If you can use any messaging app, you can use Klippme. Setup takes about 5 minutes.

Is there a free plan?

Yes - the Free plan is available forever, no credit card required. You get 1 one-on-one session with 10 bookings per month, and 1 group session with up to 10 seats. Email notifications, Google Meet and Zoom links, and both manual and online payments (Razorpay) are all included on Free.

Question 3

What is Instagram Auto-DM?

When someone comments a keyword on your post or reel, replies to your story, or sends you a DM, Klippme replies in their Instagram DMs within seconds with your booking link, and a free guide or file if you add one. You set the keywords and the message once in Dashboard → Auto-DM, and it works day and night. Auto-DM is included on Growth and Pro, and in the 7-day free trial - not on the Free plan.

Question 4

Is Auto-DM safe for my Instagram account?

Yes. Klippme connects through Meta's official Instagram API. You approve it on Instagram's own screen, we never see your password, and we cannot post on your feed, reels or stories. You can disconnect any time, from Klippme or from Instagram. You will need a Business or Creator account - Instagram does not allow automated replies on personal accounts, and switching is free in Instagram → Settings → Account type.

Can Auto-DM reply to older comments, or run on more than one account?

Both. Once a rule is on, use Backtrack to reply to everyone who commented with your keyword in the last 7 days. And you can connect a second Instagram account - for a different language or audience - with its own keywords. Both reply at the same time.

What's the difference between Free, Growth, and Pro?

Free gets you started - 1 session type of each kind, 10 bookings/month, with email notifications for confirmations and reminders. Growth (₹499/month) removes all limits: unlimited sessions, bookings, WhatsApp reminders, bundles, analytics, and 1 recording you can share free or sell. Pro (₹999/month) unlocks the full video platform - multi-episode video courses with paid enrollment, unlimited recordings, paid & clients-only access, manual approval flows, per-buyer validity, and video analytics. Video courses are a Pro exclusive.

Question 7

Is there a free trial, and can I cancel anytime?

Every new account starts with a 7-day Growth trial - full access to all Growth features, no credit card required. When it ends your account moves to the Free plan automatically: nothing gets deleted, there is no hard lock, and you keep 1 session type of each kind active. Upgrade to Growth for ₹499/month whenever you like. There are no long-term contracts either - cancel from your dashboard and you keep your paid features until the end of the billing period.

Question 8

Can my whole clinic or studio use one page?

Yes - that's Enterprise. Your brand, your page, your URL, with your doctors, trainers, consultants or teachers taking bookings under it. You can show them by name so clients pick who they want, or keep it brand-only and let Klippme assign whoever is free. You set each person's working hours, tag who delivers which session, and see earnings broken down per person. Enterprise is ₹399 per professional per month (₹471 with GST) on top of any paid plan from Growth up - you only pay for the professionals who take bookings, never for yourself, and you can add or cancel a seat any time.

Can two clients book the same time slot with different professionals?

Yes. Klippme counts real capacity, so if three of your professionals are free at 9am, three clients can book 9am. Nobody gets double-booked either - if someone is busy with their own work outside your practice, that time is already blocked.

Question 10

Does it work online and in person?

Accepted Answer

Both. For online sessions Klippme auto-generates a unique Google Meet or Zoom link for every booking and includes it in the confirmation email - connect either or both in Settings → Integrations, and set a preferred platform per session if you have both. For in-person sessions, mark them 'in-person' and customers see the venue address instead of a meeting link.

What are session bundles and packages?

Bundles let you sell prepaid session packs - for example, a '5-session coaching package' at a bundled price. Clients pay upfront via Razorpay and receive a balance they can use to book individual sessions one at a time. Bundles are a Growth feature.

Question 12

How do payments work?

Accepted Answer

Two modes, available on every plan including Free. In manual mode, customers pay via your preferred method and you confirm from the dashboard. In online mode, payments are collected via Razorpay - UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, and wallets - and deposited directly to your account.

Question 13

Do I have to manually withdraw my earnings?

Not if you set up Direct Payout. Once enabled, every payment from a confirmed booking is automatically transferred to your bank account - no manual withdrawal needed. You set up your bank account once in Settings → Payment, and the money moves on its own after that.

Can I sell my session recordings?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Growth plan lets you sell 1 recording; Pro unlocks unlimited recordings and full video courses. Upload, set a price, and share the link. Buyers pay once and get access for as long as you choose - lifetime, 1 year, 3 months, or a custom duration. Every recording includes a free preview whose length you set, so viewers know exactly what they're buying. No download, no account needed to purchase.

Question 15

Can I give recordings away free, or approve each viewer?

Both, on Pro. You can grant access to any recording for a specific person straight from your dashboard with no payment - useful for sharing replays with existing clients. Or switch a recording to manual approval: viewers request access, you get notified, and you approve or reject from Recordings → Requests. Validity starts from the date you approve.

Can I create and sell video courses?

Yes - video courses are a Pro exclusive. Bundle multiple episodes into a structured course, set a price, and sell enrollment. Buyers get access to every episode with a free preview, per-buyer validity (lifetime, 1 year, 3 months, or custom), discounts, and optional manual approval. On Free and Growth you can see the course tools, but uploading requires Pro.

Question 17

Can I run multi-day session courses or workshops?

Yes. When creating a group session, set an end date to turn it into a multi-day course. Students book and pay for the entire run at once. You can also choose which days of the week have class - great for a 30-day yoga course that skips weekends, or a 2-week batch that runs Monday to Friday only.

Will my customers need an account?

Accepted Answer

No. They book with just their name, email, and phone. One less barrier to getting paid.

Is my data safe?

Yes. Klippme is built on Supabase with industry-standard encryption. We never sell or share your customer data.
