For group sessions
Group Class & Batch Booking Software
One-to-one booking is a solved problem. Group sessions are where most tools stop being useful, because a group has a capacity, a waiting list, a fee cycle and a roll call — none of which a scheduling link was designed to hold.
Klippme is built for the group case. Every session carries a seat limit that enforces itself, weekly batches repeat without being recreated, monthly fees are charged once instead of thirty times, and the attendee list builds itself as people book. You find out a batch is full from your dashboard, not from the crowd at the door.

What group sessions need that 1:1 tools do not have
A real capacity
A room holds what it holds, and a chat thread has no idea how many people have said yes.
A fee cycle
Thirty people paying monthly is thirty reconciliations, unless the batch is sold as one purchase.
A repeating schedule
The same class every Tuesday should not need recreating every Tuesday.
An attendance record
Who is in this batch, who has dropped off, who paid — none of it survives in a group chat.
How it works
From enquiry to paid booking, without you in the middle
Set up the batch
Days, timing, capacity, price, and whether it repeats weekly or runs for a fixed period.
Share one link
People see which batches still have space and book the one that fits them.
Teach a known headcount
Fees collected, seats capped, reminders sent, list ready before you walk in.
What you get for group sessions
Seat limits that enforce themselves
The batch closes at the last place, without you watching it.
Recurring weekly batches
Set the class once and let it repeat.
Fixed-run batches
A month or a term sold as a single purchase.
Drop-in seats
Sell a single class alongside the regular batch.
Online or in the room
Meeting links generated automatically, or venue and map link sent with every booking.
An attendee list that builds itself
Who booked, who paid, who cancelled — visible per session.
Questions about group bookings
How does the seat limit work?
You set the number of places when you create the session. Each booking decrements it, and the session stops accepting bookings the moment it is full.
Can a group session repeat every week?
Yes. A recurring session repeats on the days and time you choose, so a weekly batch does not need recreating each week.
Can I charge monthly instead of per class?
Yes. Set the month up as a fixed-run course paid once, rather than collecting a fee from every student after every class.
Can someone book just one class?
Yes. Price a single drop-in class as its own session type alongside your regular batches.
Where do I see who is attending?
Each session shows its bookings — who booked, what they paid and whether they cancelled — so your register is built by the time the class starts.
