How does the seat limit work?
You set the number of places when you create the session. Each booking decrements it, and the session stops accepting bookings the moment it is full.
Can a group session repeat every week?
Yes. A recurring session repeats on the days and time you choose, so a weekly batch does not need recreating each week.
Can I charge monthly instead of per class?
Yes. Set the month up as a fixed-run course paid once, rather than collecting a fee from every student after every class.
Can someone book just one class?
Yes. Price a single drop-in class as its own session type alongside your regular batches.
Where do I see who is attending?
Each session shows its bookings (who booked, what they paid and whether they cancelled), so your register is built by the time the class starts.
