Questions instagram coaches ask
Do I need a Business or Creator account?
Yes. Instagram does not allow this kind of access on a personal account. Switching is free and takes a minute in Instagram → Settings → Account type.
Does it answer DMs, or only comments?
Comments on posts and reels, direct messages, and replies to your stories. All three, each with its own rules and keywords.
Can the automatic reply send my free guide?
Yes. Upload the PDF to your library once and attach it to the rule. The DM carries a short link that opens it straight away, so nobody has to hand over an email address to get it.
How fast does the reply go out?
Within seconds of the comment or message arriving. That speed is most of the value: the person who typed your keyword at 11pm is still holding their phone.
Will it post on my feed or message strangers?
No. Klippme asks Instagram for three permissions (reading comments, replying to comments and sending messages), so posting is not something it can do. Messages only go to people who commented, replied to a story, or wrote to you first.
Which plan do I need?

Do my clients need an account to book?
