For workshops and intensives

Workshop Booking & Registration Software

A workshop is a rush, not a trickle. You announce it, interest spikes for about forty-eight hours, and whatever cannot be processed in that window is lost. Handling that rush by message means answering the same questions fifty times while the seats you were trying to sell go cold.

Klippme turns the announcement into a link. Seats are counted live, payment is collected at registration, and the workshop closes itself when it is full. Multi-day intensives and weekend retreats are sold as one purchase covering the whole run, and every registrant gets a reminder before day one.

Why workshops are hard to sell by message

Fifty identical questions

Timing, price, venue, is there space — answered individually while the momentum drains away.

Seats you cannot count

Without a live number you either oversell the room or stop promoting a workshop that still had space.

Registrations without payment

"I am interested" is not a seat, but it occupies one until you find out otherwise.

Day-one drop-off

People who registered three weeks ago need reminding, or a full workshop teaches to a half-empty room.

How it works

From enquiry to paid booking, without you in the middle

1

Create the workshop

Dates, timing, venue or meeting link, price, and exactly how many seats exist.

2

Announce with one link

Instagram, WhatsApp, email — people register and pay in a single step.

3

Run it with a real list

A confirmed, paid-up attendee list and reminders that get them there.

What you get for workshops

Live seat count

Registration closes on its own at the limit you set.

Multi-day intensives

A weekend or a week sold as one purchase, with the days you choose.

Paid registration

A seat is only taken when it is paid for, through Razorpay or UPI.

Venue or meeting link

In-person workshops carry address and directions; online ones generate their own link.

Questions at registration

Ask experience level, dietary needs or anything else you need in advance.

Reminders before day one

The difference between a full room and a half-full one.

Questions about workshop bookings

How do I limit the number of seats?

Set the capacity when you create the workshop. Registration closes automatically once the last seat is taken, so you never oversell the room.

Can I run a workshop across several days?

Yes. Give it a start and end date and it becomes a multi-day run bought in one purchase. You can choose which days are included, so a weekend intensive skips the weekdays.

Can I collect information at registration?

Yes. Add custom questions — experience level, what they hope to get out of it, dietary requirements — and the answers arrive with each registration.

What if the workshop is online?

Every registration generates its own Google Meet or Zoom link, included in the confirmation and the reminder.

Can I sell the recording afterwards?

Yes, on the Pro plan. Upload the recording, set a price and an access window, and sell it from the same page to people who could not attend.
