For workshops held in a room

In-Person Workshop Registration

An online workshop costs you nothing if six people come instead of twenty. An in-person one costs you the hall either way. You book the room, you order the materials, you commit the catering — and you do all of it in advance, against a number that exists only as enthusiasm in a WhatsApp group.

Klippme gives that number a real value before you have to commit. Registrations come in paid and counted, so at any moment you know precisely how many seats are sold against the room you are paying for. If it is not going to clear its cost, you find out in time to change something rather than on the morning.

The cost of a room booked on a guess

The hall is committed, the audience is not

You pay the venue deposit weeks before you know whether anyone is really coming.

Break-even you cannot see

Somewhere between the hall, the materials and the tea there is a number you must beat, and it lives in your head rather than on a screen.

Materials ordered for a range

Handouts, kits and lunch ordered for “about fifteen”, which is how you end up with four of everything spare.

Registered but not paid

A free registration list flatters you all the way to a half-empty room.

How it works

From enquiry to paid booking, without you in the middle

1

Set the room, the date and the price

Venue with address and map link, the seats the room takes, and what a place costs.

2

Watch it fill, paid

Each registration is a paid seat, so the count on your dashboard is money as well as people.

3

Commit materials against real numbers

Order handouts, kits and food for a list that has already paid to be there.

What you get for in-person workshops

Paid registration only

A seat is taken when it is paid for, so the count means something.

Seats set by the room

Registration closes itself at the capacity the venue actually holds.

Venue on every message

Address, map link and arrival notes on the confirmation and the reminder.

Early-bird pricing with codes

Run a discount code for the first wave, then let it expire and the price steps up.

Questions that shape the day

Experience level, dietary needs and what they want covered, collected at registration.

Reminders before the morning

The single biggest lever on how many of your paid seats are actually occupied.

Questions about offline workshops

How is this different from your general workshop page?

The mechanics of registration are shared, but an in-person workshop carries costs an online one does not — the hall, the materials, the catering — and all of them are committed before the day. This page is about watching a paid count against those costs, and about getting people to the right address on time.

Can I run early-bird pricing?

Yes, using discount codes. Share a code with your first wave, decide when it stops working, and the price steps up to full afterwards without you editing the listing.

How do attendees know where to come?

You add the venue once — name, address, map link and arrival notes such as which gate or floor. Every confirmation and reminder carries it automatically.

Can I cap registrations at the room capacity?

Yes. Set the seat limit to what the hall holds and registration closes there, so you never sell a seat that does not physically exist.

What if I have to postpone?

You cancel or move the session from your dashboard and everybody registered is notified. Refunds go back through Razorpay against the original payment.
