For meetups, talks and paid events

Event Registration Software

The free-registration problem is well known and everybody underestimates it anyway: a list of two hundred names turns into sixty people in a room. Charging even a small amount changes the arithmetic completely, but taking money usually means a ticketing platform with a cut, a separate dashboard, and a checkout that does not look like you.

Klippme sells places at your event from your own page. Capacity is live, payment is in rupees straight to your account, and the people who sign up answer whatever you need to know while they do it. Discount codes cover the early-bird wave and the community rate, and everyone gets a reminder before the day.

Why free registration lies to you

Two hundred names, sixty chairs filled

A registration that costs nothing is worth roughly that as a prediction of attendance.

Ticketing fees on a community event

A platform cut on a ₹300 meetup ticket is a meaningful share of an event that was barely covering its costs.

A checkout that is not yours

People leave your page, land on somebody else’s brand, and some of them do not come back.

Attendee details scattered

Names in one place, payments in another, dietary notes in a third, and nothing joined up on the day.

How it works

From enquiry to paid booking, without you in the middle

1

Put the event up

Date, time, venue or meeting link, capacity, and the price of a place.

2

Share one link

People register and pay in a single step, without leaving your page.

3

Arrive with a real list

Paid attendees, their answers, and a reminder that has already gone out.

What you get for paid events

Paid places in rupees

Razorpay and UPI settle into your own account, with no per-ticket cut from us.

Live capacity

Registration closes itself when the room or the call is full.

Discount codes

Early bird, community rate, student rate — each its own code, switched off when you choose.

Questions at registration

Organisation, dietary needs, what they hope to get from the session.

Online or in a room

Meeting links generate themselves; in-person events carry the venue and directions.

Reminders before the day

Sent automatically, which is most of the gap between registered and present.

Questions from event organisers

Can I run a free event?

Yes — set the price to zero and it behaves as a free registration with a live capacity. Be aware of what you are choosing: free registration lists routinely convert to a fraction of their number in the room, which is the main argument for charging something.

How do early-bird prices work?

Through discount codes. Publish a code for the first wave, decide when it stops working, and the full price applies after that without you changing the listing.

Do you take a cut of each ticket?

No. You pay a flat monthly subscription and keep the ticket revenue. Razorpay charges its own payment-gateway fee, which goes to them rather than to us.

Can I collect details from attendees?

Yes. Custom questions on the registration form capture whatever you need — organisation, role, dietary requirements, accessibility needs — and the answers arrive with each registration.

Does it work for a series of events?

Yes. Each event is its own bookable date with its own capacity and price, and a recurring meetup can repeat on a schedule without being recreated every month.
