Should I leave the listing sites?
Most hosts run both. Klippme is for everyone who finds you directly — Instagram, word of mouth, a QR code at the venue, a repeat guest. Those bookings carry no commission and the guest’s details are yours, so you never have to pay to reach the same person twice.
Can I show photos of the experience?
Yes. Group sessions carry a gallery of up to eight images on the public page, sized and compressed automatically. For an experience this matters more than the copy — it is the thing a stranger decides on.
How do guests know where to meet me?
You add the meeting point once — name, full address, map link and any arrival notes. Every confirmation and reminder for an in-person session carries all of it, so nobody arrives at the wrong gate.
Can I run the same experience on many dates?
Yes. Each date is its own bookable run with its own seat count, so a Saturday that is full and a Sunday that still has room are handled independently.
What if somebody needs to change their date?
Guests reschedule themselves from the confirmation email, within whatever window you allow. You are notified and the seat count on both dates updates without a single message.
