Questions from adventure operators
Can I collect fitness and medical information before the activity?
Yes. Custom questions on the booking form let you ask about fitness level, age, medical conditions, gear sizes and an emergency contact. The answers arrive with the booking, so your briefing is prepared before anyone reaches the base.
How do I stop a batch being oversold?
Set the capacity on the slot. Bookings close automatically at that number, which is the part a phone-and-notebook system cannot guarantee when two people are taking enquiries at once.
What happens when weather cancels a batch?
You cancel the slot and everyone booked is notified, with refunds issued through Razorpay. If you would rather move them, guests can reschedule themselves into another batch from their confirmation email.
Can I take a deposit rather than the full amount?
You set the amount collected at booking, so you can list a smaller booking fee and settle the balance in person. Most operators who switch move to full prepayment fairly quickly, because that is what removes the no-shows.
Does it work for a single activity and a multi-day camp?
Both. A two-hour rafting slot and a three-day trek sit on the same page, each with its own duration, price and capacity.
