How do I handle the same tour on different dates?
Each departure is its own bookable date with its own seat count and price. A Saturday that has sold out and a Sunday with four places left are tracked separately, and each closes on its own.
Can I sell a multi-day trip?
Yes. Give it a start and end date and it becomes a single purchase covering the whole run, rather than something a guest has to book day by day.
Can I collect ID or emergency contact details?
Yes. Add custom questions to the booking form and the answers arrive with each booking, so you have them in advance rather than chasing them at the reporting point.
Do guests need an app?
No. They open your link in a browser, choose a departure and pay. No download, no login, no account to create.
What if I have to cancel a departure?
You cancel it from your dashboard and everybody booked is notified. Refunds are issued through Razorpay against the original payment.
