Can I make birth details compulsory before someone books?
Yes. Add custom fields to the booking form and mark them required — the booking cannot be completed without them.
Can clients abroad book across time zones?
Yes. Slots are shown in the visitor’s own time zone while your dashboard stays in IST, so no one has to convert anything by hand.
Do I have to take payment online?
No. You can run in manual mode — the client pays however you prefer and you confirm the booking yourself — or collect automatically through Razorpay.
Can I offer a short follow-up at a lower price?

What if I only consult on certain days?
