Why look for a ManyChat alternative in India?

To your own Klippme page, with your sessions, prices and availability. They pick a slot and pay by UPI without creating an account, and the booking is in your dashboard with reminders already scheduled.
Is this the official Instagram integration?
Yes. You connect through Instagram Business Login and approve Klippme on Instagram’s own screen, and the app has been reviewed and approved by Meta. Klippme asks for three permissions — reading comments, replying to comments, and sending messages — so posting to your feed is not something it is able to do.
What does switching involve?
