Can clients buy a pack of sessions instead of paying each time?
Yes. Sell a bundle at a single price; the client pays once and then books each session from your available slots until the pack runs out.
How do I stop last-minute cancellations?
Set a cancellation window on each session type. Inside that window the client cannot cancel from their own end, and because payment is already collected the slot is not lost income.
Does it work for bootcamps and small group training?
Yes. Give the session a capacity and it fills publicly, closing itself once the last spot goes.
Can I take bookings for online coaching?
Yes. Mark a session as online and every booking generates its own Google Meet or Zoom link, included in the confirmation and the reminder.
Will I know who has gone quiet?
