For cooking and baking classes
Cooking Class Booking Software
A cooking class is the rare session where a no-show costs you money before it costs you the seat. You shop for the number you were told, prep for the number you were told, and then two people do not arrive and the difference is sitting in your fridge. Worse is the allergy nobody mentioned until they are standing at the counter.
Klippme makes the class commit in advance. Seats are capped at the number of stations you actually have, the booking form asks about allergies and dietary needs before it accepts anybody, and payment is taken when the seat is claimed. You shop for a list of people who have already paid to be there.

Why cooking classes are unforgiving to run
Ingredients bought for ghosts
You shop for twelve, ten arrive, and the gap is perishable.
The allergy revealed at the counter
Nut, gluten, egg, dairy — found out as the class begins, when the menu is already bought and prepped.
More people than stations
A kitchen that works beautifully for eight becomes chaos with eleven, and there is no polite way to send one home.
Payment collected mid-class
Taking UPI from somebody with flour on their hands is not the atmosphere you were going for.
How it works
From enquiry to paid booking, without you in the middle
Set the class and the station count
The menu, the date, the duration, and exactly how many people your kitchen takes.
Ask about food before you accept
Allergies, dietary restrictions and skill level, answered at booking.
Shop for a paid list
Seats are prepaid, so the number you buy for is the number that comes.
What you get for cooking classes
Seats capped at your stations
The class closes itself at the number your kitchen genuinely holds.
Allergy and dietary questions
Asked at booking and delivered with it, so the menu is planned around real constraints.
Prepaid seats
Razorpay and UPI collect at booking, which is what makes the shopping list reliable.
Your kitchen address, sent for you
Venue, map link and arrival notes on every confirmation and reminder.
Recurring weekly classes
A Saturday baking class that repeats without being recreated each week.
Private and corporate bookings
A separate session type for a whole-kitchen booking at its own price.
Questions about cooking class bookings
Can I ask about allergies before someone books?
Yes, and it is the question most cooking classes add first. Custom questions on the booking form collect allergies, dietary restrictions and skill level, and the answers arrive attached to the booking rather than in a separate message you have to go and find.
How do I stop more people booking than my kitchen holds?
Set the seat limit to your number of working stations. Bookings close automatically at that point, so the class never grows past what the room can actually do.
Can I run the same class every week?
Yes. Recurring classes repeat on the days you choose without being recreated, and each occurrence keeps its own seat count.
What about a private class for a group?
Make it a separate session type at its own price, with the whole kitchen as one booking. It sits on the same page as your public classes.
Do I have to take payment online?
No, manual payment is supported. But this is the format where prepayment pays for itself fastest, because the cost of a no-show is the ingredients as well as the seat.
