Questions about cooking class bookings
Can I ask about allergies before someone books?
Yes, and it is the question most cooking classes add first. Custom questions on the booking form collect allergies, dietary restrictions and skill level, and the answers arrive attached to the booking rather than in a separate message you have to go and find.
How do I stop more people booking than my kitchen holds?
Set the seat limit to your number of working stations. Bookings close automatically at that point, so the class never grows past what the room can actually do.
Can I run the same class every week?
Yes. Recurring classes repeat on the days you choose without being recreated, and each occurrence keeps its own seat count.
What about a private class for a group?
Make it a separate session type at its own price, with the whole kitchen as one booking. It sits on the same page as your public classes.
Do I have to take payment online?
No, manual payment is supported. But this is the format where prepayment pays for itself fastest, because the cost of a no-show is the ingredients as well as the seat.
